1. Overview

Welcome to StylizedPortraits! This website is operated via Squarespace and provides you with access to my art products and services. Please read below to completely understand my terms and conditions before working with you to create.

2. Scope of Work


All artwork are mixed media pieces: Subjects are created in graphite (black and white), and the background is digital (in colour or black and white upon request). Each piece is customized to the client's request within my chosen style and medium.

3. Usage Rights & Ownership

  • The client receives ownership of the digital artwork for personal use only.

  • Commercial or corporate use, resale, reproduction, or distribution of the artwork is strictly prohibited without written consent from the artist.

  • As the artist, I retain full copyright to the original work and may use the work in portfolios, on social media, and in promotional materials (both physical and digital).

  • AI training or generation use is strictly prohibited.

  • The artwork is sent to the client as a digital ‘.png’ file. I do not offer printing services. Printing for personal use is permitted.

4. Payment Terms

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your portrait.

  • The remaining 80% is due upon completion before the digital copy is sent.

  • Payment methods: Cash or bank transfer (Bahamian clients only).

  • International clients: PayPal only (currency conversion handled automatically).
